Welcome to Visilo. By accessing our website, purchasing a service, or working with us on a project, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before purchasing or using our services.

1. About Visilo
Visilo provides website design, website redesign, UX/UI design, strategy, and related digital services for businesses and individuals. Our services may include website planning, design, content organization, responsive layouts, conversion-focused design, and implementation using supported website platforms.

2. Services
The specific services included in your project will be described in your proposal, invoice, project agreement, or service package.

Services may include:

  • Website design

  • Website redesign

  • UX/UI design

  • Responsive design

  • Landing pages

  • Website strategy

  • Content organization

  • Basic SEO setup

  • Website platform setup or customization

  • Other agreed-upon digital design services

Any work outside the agreed project scope may require an additional fee.

3. Pricing & Payment
Project pricing will be provided before work begins.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Payment is required according to the schedule shown on your invoice or project agreement.

  • Deposits or initial payments may be required before work begins.

  • Work may be paused if payment becomes overdue.

  • Additional revisions, pages, features, or services outside the original project scope may result in additional charges.

Visilo reserves the right to correct pricing errors and update service pricing at any time.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing the materials, information, and access necessary to complete the project.

This may include:

  • Logos

  • Brand guidelines

  • Written content

  • Photography

  • Product information

  • Business information

  • Login credentials

  • Domain or hosting access

  • Feedback

  • Approvals

Project timelines may be delayed if required materials, feedback, approvals, or access are not provided on time.

5. Project Timelines
Estimated project timelines are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed.

Timelines may change due to:

  • Delayed client feedback

  • Changes in project scope

  • Additional revision requests

  • Third-party platform issues

  • Technical limitations

  • Delays in receiving content or assets

Visilo will communicate significant timeline changes whenever reasonably possible.

6. Revisions
The number of revisions included in a project will be stated in your service package, proposal, invoice, or project agreement.

Additional revisions beyond the included amount may be billed separately.

A revision generally means modifying an existing design direction. Requests that significantly change the approved direction, layout, structure, functionality, or project scope may be treated as additional work and may require additional fees.

7. Cancellations & Refunds
Because Visilo provides custom design services and reserves project time specifically for each client, deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.

Payments for completed work are also non-refundable.

If a project is canceled before completion, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

Any refund, credit, or exception beyond this policy is offered solely at Visilo’s discretion.

8. Third-Party Platforms & Services
Visilo may design or build websites using third-party platforms, software, plugins, hosting providers, domain registrars, payment processors, analytics tools, or other services.

Visilo is not responsible for:

  • Changes made by third-party platforms

  • Platform outages

  • Subscription price increases

  • Hosting interruptions

  • Plugin or integration failures

  • Changes to third-party features

  • Changes to third-party policies

  • Account suspensions or service interruptions caused by third-party providers

Clients are responsible for any ongoing third-party subscription, hosting, domain, software, licensing, or platform fees unless otherwise stated in writing.

9. Website Content
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content supplied to Visilo may legally be used.

This includes:

  • Images

  • Logos

  • Written content

  • Videos

  • Fonts

  • Graphics

  • Trademarks

  • Product information

  • Brand materials

The client confirms that they own the content they provide or have permission to use it.

Visilo is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, privacy, or other legal claims related to materials supplied by the client.

10. Intellectual Property
Visilo retains ownership of all pre-existing materials, processes, templates, design systems, reusable components, concepts, methods, and internal working files used during a project.

Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final approved website design and final deliverables created specifically for their project, except for any third-party materials or licensed assets.

Unless specifically included in the project agreement, the following are not transferred to the client:

  • Unused design concepts

  • Rejected directions

  • Drafts

  • Working files

  • Internal design files

  • Preliminary concepts

  • Reusable components

  • Templates

  • Design systems

  • Pre-existing Visilo materials

Any third-party fonts, plugins, stock imagery, software, themes, templates, or licensed assets remain subject to their original license terms.

11. Portfolio Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing before the project begins, Visilo may display completed work in its:

  • Website

  • Portfolio

  • Social media

  • Case studies

  • Marketing materials

  • Promotional content

Visilo will not intentionally disclose confidential client information.

12. Website Performance & Results
Visilo may design websites with the goal of improving usability, presentation, conversions, credibility, or business performance.

However, Visilo does not guarantee:

  • Search engine rankings

  • Website traffic

  • Sales

  • Leads

  • Revenue

  • Conversion rates

  • Customer acquisition

  • Business growth

Website performance depends on many factors outside Visilo’s control, including marketing, pricing, competition, traffic sources, search engine algorithms, content, customer behavior, market conditions, and third-party services.

13. Search Engine Optimization
If basic SEO setup is included in a project, it may involve items such as:

  • Page titles

  • Meta descriptions

  • Heading structure

  • URL structure

  • Image optimization

  • Basic on-page SEO improvements

Visilo does not guarantee specific rankings on Google or any other search engine.

Search engines independently determine rankings and may change their algorithms, policies, or indexing practices at any time.

14. Website Maintenance
Unless ongoing maintenance is specifically included in your agreement, Visilo is not responsible for maintaining, updating, monitoring, backing up, or repairing a website after the project has been completed and delivered.

Future changes, updates, maintenance, troubleshooting, or technical support may be available for an additional fee.

15. Client Changes After Completion
After a website has been delivered, Visilo is not responsible for issues caused by changes made by the client or by third parties.

This may include:

  • Broken layouts

  • Deleted content

  • Plugin conflicts

  • Theme changes

  • Code changes

  • Incorrect settings

  • Changes to integrations

  • Changes to hosting or domain settings

Any repair work requested after such changes may be billed separately.

16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visilo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, website, or completed work.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Lost revenue

  • Lost sales

  • Lost profits

  • Lost data

  • Website downtime

  • Third-party service failures

  • Search ranking changes

  • Business interruption

  • Lost business opportunities

To the extent permitted by law, Visilo’s maximum liability related to a project or service will not exceed the amount paid to Visilo for the applicable service.

17. Website Use
You agree not to:

  • Use our website for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to interfere with website functionality.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website or systems.

  • Copy or reproduce Visilo content without permission.

  • Misrepresent your identity when purchasing or requesting services.

  • Use our website or services in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

18. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

We may collect information necessary to:

  • Respond to inquiries

  • Manage projects

  • Process payments

  • Communicate with clients

  • Provide services

  • Improve our website and services

We do not sell personal information.

Changes become effective when posted on our website.

Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
